The location is very central. 33 minutes drive to the airport, it is located next to the market square in Richmond. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with excellent bathroom.

Great and fantastic location not far from many pubs and restaurants, I felt safe. It was so close to Shanghai City, where you can have dinner.

My experience at this fantastic little hotel was really nice. The location was great yet it was right next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Also, I had easy access to Green Howards Museum. I went to a good restaurant and really enjoyed the local dishes. I stayed here for a trip and would return here.

Nicely decorated and pretty standard place, free parking, efficient staff. Brand-new and spotless units with large bathroom, a soft mattress on an old style double bed plus chocolate. Excellent location next to the castle and easy access to a main market and a market. Again, walking distance to Green Howards Museum.

It was based in beautifully presented building in a magnificent and particularly good location, to a nearby shop.

The breakfast is served in the dining room! It has both knowledgeable and efficient staff.

Our stay at The Castle House was amazing. The building itself was beautiful and full of character. We were warmly welcomed by Ian, who made us feel right at home. Our room was impeccably decorated and had a separate dressing room, which was a great touch. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a freestanding bath and lovely dressing gowns provided. The attention to detail and quality of everything was impressive. We even received a complimentary glass of wine and nibbles in the dining area upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was superb, and the staff made us feel valued as guests. We only wished we could have stayed longer, as we were traveling to the Lake District. We left feeling relaxed and rested. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Credit goes to the lovely hosts for making everything perfect.

It was a fine stay for one night. The dining room was perfect for breakfast. It had central location close to Georgian Theatre Royal. Could use their good parking.
